The former Coco Palms Hotel site has been said to have been purchased
on a number of occasions and that plans are under way to make this 
location into a Time Share Resort or into a Hotel, or both.. 
As of early in the year 2004, this process has been ongoing, so it will 
be quite some time before any timeshare re-sales are available here, if any.
