The Kauai Beach Villas were built in
1976 on a 13 acre Oceanfront parcel of land
located between the towns of Lihue and Kapaa. Therefore, it is just a short
drive
of approximately 8 to 10 minutes to get to almost any kind of shopping &
dining.
There is dining and a small convenience store located right next door in
the
adjacent Hotel. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts and a number of
barbecues
located within the development. There are a total of 150 condominiums here and
some units have full oceanfront views, while some have some ocean views, but the
majority have either garden or lagoon views. The lagoon views are quite
pleasant
due to lots of waterfowl scattered about. There is a white sandy beach here.
There
are three basic floorplans, being: #1: a one bedroom, one bath units,
#2: a one bedroom, two bath, and #3: a two bedroom, two bath.
