The Kauai Coast Resort is a "Shell Owners
Club - Hawaii" Development. This Resort was
formerly the Beachboy
Hotel. The developer has done a very nice job of upgrading this
property into a
prime Oceanfront facility. Our primary office is adjacent to the Coconut
Marketplace and this development is just inside of the Coconut Marketplace, so
we are
quite familiar with this property and all of it's amenities.

This property consists of three Resort
Buildings having three floors each. There is also
a Clubhouse Building, an
Activity Building, a Pool Bar and Restroom Building. The Resort
is located on
a public beach reserve and is considered to be Oceanfront. It has a Beach
that
is both sandy and rocky at varying locations. Not really a perfect beach for
swimming,
but a very desirable location. There is a swimming pool, tennis court,
children's pool and
exercise facility.
