Lae nani is one of the best Oceanfront condominium developments on Kauai. Almost all of the units here have nice ocean views. There is a small white sand beach and just a few steps down the beach are some shallow sand bottom tidepools that are perfect for smaller children to frolic in. There is an over-sized swimming pool and a tennis court. There are a total of 84 units here, on this 4.6 acre site. These units are located within five buildings that are either two or three stories tall. There are no elevators and the parking is fairly near to most of the units. All of these condominiums are individualized one and two bedrooms with one bath, one and a half baths and two baths, depending on the floorplan. There are also 2 three bedroom / two bath units.
It is a short and casual walk to the
Coconut Marketplace where one can find over 70 shops and restaurants.
