The Makanui Condominiums were
built in 1981 on approximately 2.9 acres of land.
Due to the nice design they are all very spacious and quite livable. There is a
Pool
as well as Tennis Courts located on the property. Some of the units have Ocean
views.
Shopping and restaurants are a five minute drive away and the Ocean is a short
walk.
There is a total of 22 units here and the majority are two bedrooms with two
baths.
Some of these have a loft. There are also a few one bedroom, one and a half bath
units.
