The Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club is a fantastic property in the new Ko Olina 
Resort and Marina. There are going to be 750 two bedroom villas here that have 
views of the Pacific Ocean or views of the Wai'anae Mountain Range. Some of 
these Villas will have lock-off capability, which allows the owner to create two 
smaller Villas for additional time at this lovely Resort. There will be a total of 
four multi-story buildings built to house these 750 Villas. Currently only one 
of the four buildings has been completed and the second is in the construction 
phase. So everything here is very new. The Villa's average size is approximately 
1,190 square feet. They easily sleep six with the possibility of an additional two 
with approval of the management company. Here you have all of the comforts 
of home with fully equipped kitchens, utility area with washer and dryer, three 
color televisions and Marriott quality furnishings. 

There are currently two swimming pools on site. The "Lagoon Pool" has a 
whirlpool spa and is located between  the new Villa tower and the Health Club 
building. There is also the large, round "Beach Pool" which overlooks the 
Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. Then there is the stunningly beautiful sheltered 
lagoon for a safe and enjoyable Ocean swim or to just lay around to relax and 
catch some of that warm Hawaii sun. Check out the pictures below to see how
