This is prime Oceanfront Resort on a sandy beach in Poipu on Kauai's southern coast.
It is a fee simple development and all of the units have two bedrooms and two baths.
This location is adjacent to the Poipu Beach Park, which is a fantastic location for
sun bathing, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and numerous other ocean activities.
These two bedroom units have a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher,
microwave and service for eight people. The living area is approximately 1,190 square
feet and are full condominium type units with a washer and dryer, as well as having
three color TVs, including one VCR.

The developer has established two types of times of ownership. The normal time
(being floating time within the Resort is called the 'Platinum Use Period' and they have
a special fixed time called the 'Platinum Plus Use Period' which is the 52nd week of the
year (in some cases the 53rd week). This is the holiday season week starting around
Christmas and going through New Year's Eve.

This Resort has many, many, many pools and many, many, many waterways .. as you
will see. There is a beach walk along the ocean with a pool facing the ocean and the
Bar & Grill also faces the ocean. There is also a restaurant within the development.

There are two classifications of units here. One is the Ocean view and the other is the
Island view. The Ocean View units have full to partial views of the Ocean. The Island view
category can be a view of gardens, mountains or other views that are not ocean views.
Many of these include the views of the parking lot (unfortunately).
