Incredible ocean views from many of these condominium units located on
a bluff in Princeville. There is a nice mixture of one and two bedroom suites
here. These were built in three phases that began in 1973 and the entire
development sits on approximately 12 acres. There are a total of 99 units
here and there is a swimming pool on the property. There is also a winding
walkway that takes you down to the tide pools below Princeville.

It is a short 4 to 5 minute drive to the Princeville Shopping Center which
has restaurants and many types of shops. It is also a 10 to 15 minute drive
to the famous sandy beaches at Hanalei Bay or at Anini Beach.
