The Ritz-Carlton Club at Kapalua Bay is under construction as of August,
2007.
Pre-sales have already begun which means that we will not have any
re-sales
available for a number of years. But .. we will get them, as we always do.
The Ritz-Carlton is selling three week intervals in
this Club, so you cannot
purchase less time than that here. The Ritz-Carlton Club intervals range
between 3, 4 or 5 weeks at a time, depending on the Resort. Again, this one
is in 3 week intervals.
Kapalua Bay is an outstanding location.
