Sun Village is a Retirement
Community in which at least one of the residents is at least
55 years old and no
children under the age of 18 are allowed to permanently reside there.
There are
147 condominium units here consisting of Studio units, One Bedroom/One Bath
units, Two Bedroom/One Bath units and Two Bedroom/Two Bath units. They are
located
on one of the four stories in the three residential buildings that were
built in 1981. There
are many amenities to this development and some of them
are: elevators, small library,
exercise area, huge recreation room, swimming
pool, jacuzzi, activities, trash chutes and
much more. The grounds are
maintained very well and they consist of about 7.4 acres of land.
Sun Village is located just adjacent
