The Villas at Kamali'i is located in
Princeville near the entrance to the main
Golf Course. This development was completed in 2002/3. It is located on a
parcel of land that is a little over seven and a half acres. There are 59
residential
apartments here that are located within 26 residential buildings. These
units
are a townhouse type of design with a tri-level effect on the interior. There
is
a one car attached garage with each apartment. All of the apartments have
three bedrooms and three baths. Two of the bedrooms have attached baths
while the smaller third bedroom shares the bath that is located in the
main
hallway. The square footage is between 1,732 and 1,781, so it is a very
minor
deviation between the differing units. The construction is solid with the
use
of a lot of hollow block and concrete and the roofs are tile. There is a
common
courtyard area that has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a barbecue, as well
as
postal boxes for the residents. There are no elevators here.
To get to a location
where there is a beach one must drive approximately
ten minutes to the beaches
at Anini or Hanalei.
