The Waipouli Beach Resort is a
planned and brand new 190 unit development that is
currently being sold via
pre-construction sales as of October 2004. This is an
oceanfront
development. There are multiple floor plans to choose from with the
smallest being a one
bedroom, two bath unit of approximately 823 square feet of
living area up to a two bedroom,
three bath unit with approximately 1,414 square
feet of living area. This development will
comprise of five buildings ranging in
height from two to four stories. It is located on Kuhio
Highway in downtown
Kapaa and is right across the street from the Waipouli Shopping
Center and the
Kauai Village Shopping Center. At these centers there are major grocery
stores,
many restaurants and numerous specialty shops.
As of late 2004 this development is just coming up for sale. We cannot provide
pictures of
the development as the development is not completed. The developer has
some plans and
renderings that we can provide. As in any new development there
could be changes, so
any renderings that we provide could change. We will update
any changes as we become
aware of them. As construction progresses, we will
provide pictures of that too.
